Elpako mainly works with PDF and ASiC formats but we continue to add new formats to our system.

Elpako accepts files up to 200 MB in size. Please note that your internet speed will influence the upload and download times.

Elpako documents can only be signed with a qualified electronic signature, which has the same legal force as a handwritten signature. The requirements for qualified electronic signatures are the same in all EU countries, so documents signed on Elpako will be valid in the whole European Union.

Currently, the system accepts PDF and ASiC formats, which are used in most countries. If you need to sign a large number of documents in another format, please contact us by email at sales@elpako.eu and we will make you an offer.

Yes, you can. On Elpako, electronic signatures can be signed using various forms of qualified and advanced electronic signature certificates: a smartphone, Smart card, and others.
